Alix Seif, MD, MPH is an attending physician in the Division of Oncology at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) and an Associate Professor of Pediatrics at the Perelman School of Medicine.
Her current research focuses on developing and implementing patient-centered interventions to improve outcomes, quality of life, and equity for children with leukemia. She developed an evidence-based toolkit to personalize the care setting for patients receiving chemotherapy for acute myeloid leukemia and aims to implement this intervention nationally. Dr. Seif is interested in collaborating with patients and caregivers to improve the research consent process for children undergoing cancer therapy.
