I have been a pediatric nurse for 37 years and have been working in hematology oncology for the past 32 years. During that time, I have held many different roles as an inpatient and outpatient nurse, a transplant coordinator and manager. I am currently the director of our cellular therapy program at Children's Medical Center -Children's Health. My role includes being an advocate and support for our team and our patients in the everchanging world of healthcare and prior authorizations. I am leading and supporting our teams in the development of our Gene Therapy Program within our Cellular Immunotherapy Therapeutics Program (CITP). I am an active member of APHON at both the local and national levels serving on committees and in leadership.
